• Honest, trustworthy, physically fit.

• Person should know how to drive all kind of Car

• Should have experience on car servicing

• No time limit for of duty

Driving & Personal Support

• Drive the Managing Director (MD) safely and punctually to office, meetings, events, and personal appointments.

• Ensure confidentiality regarding MD’s movements, discussions, and documents.

• Remain flexible for irregular hours, weekends, and emergency trips.

Vehicle Management

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ready at all times.

• Perform daily checks (fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, lights).

• Arrange regular servicing, repairs, fitness, tax token & insurance renewal.

• Maintain vehicle logbook and fuel records.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow traffic laws, safety rules & company policies strictly.

• Ensure safe driving practices and avoid accidents or traffic violations.

• Take alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion when needed.

Assistance & Errands

• Assist MD with official and personal errands when required.

• Handle documents, parcels, and light office support tasks as instructed.

• Coordinate with admin/office for vehicle-related matters.

Discipline & Availability

• Be punctual, disciplined, polite, and well-groomed.

• Stay on standby during office hours or as instructed.

• Maintain professional behavior at all times.

• Valid professional driving license.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as personal/corporate driver.

• Knowledge of Dhaka city routes & highways.
