Bachelor / Honors in any discipline
Experience in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) preferably Global Documentum System (GDS), FTP clients and Share Point Skilled in Microsoft Excel application will be preferred.
Excellent MS Suite software knowledge with familiarity of e-Document management system and Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent language skills and strong team playing sprit.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential.

The aspirant would be trained using the renowned GTIL Assurance methodology using the automated tools/software.
Prepare, operate and update document control procedures in line with the Company's document management system.
Provide support in the project structuring phase and manage all structuring phase documents.
Control all aspects of project documentation on all phases of the project, utilizing various control methods/systems.
Ensure all documentation provided is as per Company quality formatting requirements. Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve a client's documentation requirements
Ability to prioritize, manage well, multitask and troubleshoot.
Scan, image, organize & maintain documents adhering to company's document lifecycle procedures.
Maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when required.
Archive inactive records in accordance with records retention schedule
Create & maintain project files & file systems.
Management & organization of all inbound/outbound documentation to/from Client and the Company Departments.
Maintain document control log (excel file) for all Facility Engineering OE documentation.
Maintain all Operations drawings and documents up to date and keep records of all revisions to drawings and documents in a control log or access file.
Prepare transmittal to Client and for all inter-office correspondence.
Maintain department files (MOCs, projects, etc.) & establishes file systems on O: drive and e Room, copies reports, CDs, DVDs.
Print and dispatch field drawings as requested in a timely manner.
Capable of drafting documents in Auto CAD.
Inspect work documentation and data capturing on a continuous basis.
