Experience:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in Marketing Management, Business Development, or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving growth.
Hands-on experience in the manpower and HR outsourcing sector in Bangladesh, with demonstrated success in marketing and selling services to key industries such as Oil & Gas, Engineering, IT, Telecom, and Construction.
Certifications in sales, account management, or relevant industry knowledge will be preferred.
Expertise in market analysis, brand management, and digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation, driving high-quality lead generation and brand visibility.
Proven ability in B2B sales, client relationship management, negotiation, market penetration, proposal development, and lead sourcing, consistently converting opportunities into revenue, focusing on profitable targets and measurable ROI.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Oil & Gas, Engineering, Electronics, IT, Telecom, and Construction sectors across Bangladesh and the surrounding regions, leveraging sector insights to deliver targeted solutions.
Proven track record in building and nurturing C-level relationships, managing complex deals, and delivering results that drive business growth.
Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, industry associations, and international stakeholders to foster collaboration and long-term success.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished DGM / Manager-Business Development in driving commercial growth and implementing impactful marketing strategies, particularly within the specialized workforce solutions sector. This is an exhilarating scope for a professional with a proven track record of generating leads, expanding market share, and building lasting client relationships across industries such as oil & gas, engineering, electronics, IT, telecom, and construction.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing client relationships across multiple industries, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Manage end-to-end client engagement, including requirement understanding, solution positioning, service delivery coordination, and post-service follow-up.
Plan and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements across lateral hiring and specialized staffing solutions.
Lead and support cross-functional teams to improve productivity, optimize processes, and enhance overall service quality.
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and expansion avenues.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining service quality, addressing escalations, and delivering value-driven recruitment and other solutions.
Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial closures in alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor key performance metrics related to business development, client retention, and revenue generation, implementing corrective actions when required.
Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, reviews, and industry interactions to strengthen brand presence and credibility.
Effectively articulate the company’s value proposition, educating potential clients on tailored workforce and outsourcing solutions.
Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to shape go-to-market strategies and uncover new growth avenues.
