Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, and on boarding.

  • Handle HR operations such as employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Manage compensation and benefits, including salary structures, increments, bonuses, and benefits administration

  • Ensure proper handling of final settlement for departing employees

  • Maintain and update employee databases and HRIS systems through ERP Software.

  • Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and disciplinary processes

  • Coordinate with internal departments and management on HR-related matters. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.

  • Drive cultural transformation to promote employee engagement, productivity, and performance excellence.

  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Implement robust performance management systems and succession planning frameworks.

  • Ensure continuous learning and development programs to up skill the workforce.

  • Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Lead internal audits and manage external regulatory inspections related to HR and Admin.

  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies.

  • Monitor payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Conduct market bench-marking to align remuneration with industry standards.

  • Foster positive employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.

  • Promote transparent communication between management and employees.

  • Organize initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace morale.

  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
