Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Sales to join our team at Basumati Construction Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and driving business growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales to achieve company goals.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and client acquisition.

• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams to enhance productivity and performance.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.

• Develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising initiatives to promote the company’s projects and services.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

• Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Monitor project sales progress and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive efforts in marketing and sales.
