Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare, draft, and manage official correspondence, reports, and documents

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries

  • Screen calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring proper prioritization

  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments on behalf of the executive

  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports

  • Support in decision follow-ups and execution tracking
