Basumati Construction Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive, Flat Sales to drive apartment sales and contribute to business growth. The incumbent will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales process from inquiry to booking and handover.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through various marketing channels.
Promote and sell residential and commercial flats to prospective clients.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
Maintain an updated database of prospects and customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
Assist clients throughout the booking, agreement, and registration process.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collect and share market intelligence with management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide sales forecasts and recommendations for improving sales performance.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Accounts, and Legal departments to ensure smooth processing of sales transactions.
Assist in organizing promotional events, property fairs, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Support management in achieving departmental goals and business objectives.
