• - 1–3 years of experience in field marketing/sales, preferably in a recruitment agency or manpower supply business (freshers with strong communication and willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply).

• - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• - Must be comfortable with extensive daily field visits/travel.

• - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, messaging apps).

Irving Enterprise, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for an energetic and field-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our recruitment/manpower services, generate new business leads, and build strong relationships with client companies through regular field visits.

- Visit companies on a daily basis to promote Irving Enterprise's recruitment and manpower supply services.

- Identify and approach potential client companies (HR/Admin departments) to generate new business/job orders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular field visits and follow-ups.

- Distribute company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials to prospective clients.

- Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and areas for manpower supply.

- Follow up with clients on ongoing requirements, service satisfaction, and payment matters.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly field visit reports to management.

- Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and business generation.

- Represent Irving Enterprise professionally at client sites and maintain the company's brand image.
