• Must have experience in field marketing and business development.

• Candidates with an existing network in the healthcare industry will receive priority.

• Motorcycle ownership and a valid driving license will be considered a strong advantage. 

• Honest, responsible, and capable of working independently.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Business Development Officer who can expand our offline business network and generate sales opportunities through strategic field marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute offline business development strategies.

• Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, doctors' chambers, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare organizations to build business relationships.

• Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers.

• Generate new B2B and B2C sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and business partners.

• Conduct product presentations and introduce Care Zone's medical equipment and services.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, field visits, and networking activities.

• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, customer demand, and industry trends.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Prepare daily visit reports and business development updates.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
