The Impact Performance Analyst will build and operationalize ACI's enterprise-wide Impact Management System and measurement frameworks. Develop KPIs, impact scorecards and dashboards that turn ESG and impact data into actionable business insights. Strengthen data governance, quality controls, evidence trails and assurance readiness across the organization. Support impact reporting, climate measurement and evaluations to drive informed decisions and sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement enterprise and SBU-level impact frameworks, theories of change and measurement tools.

  • Develop KPIs, metric protocols, impact scorecards and executive dashboards linking performance to outcomes and impact.

  • Conduct materiality assessments and translate key ESG issues into actionable insights for strategy, risk and planning.

  • Strengthen impact data governance, validation, quality controls, evidence trails and assurance readiness.

  • Support measurement of GHG emissions, energy, water, waste, resource efficiency and climate-related risks.

  • Coordinate impact reporting, disclosures and evaluations, translating verified evidence into insights for business improvement.

What You Bring

  • Strong expertise in impact frameworks, KPI development, materiality assessment, ESG reporting, data governance, evaluation and quality assurance.

  • Advanced Excel and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization and analytics tools.

  • Working knowledge of GRI, IFRS S1/S2 SASB, GHG Protocol and SDGs, with strong understanding of GHG accounting.

  • Strong track record of improving data quality, challenging inconsistencies and translating complex findings into practical insights for senior stakeholders.
