Job Context

EUROGAS BD HOME APPLIANCES, a concern of EUROGAS BD HOME APPLIANCES, is seeking a is seeking a dynamic, responsible and results-driven TSO to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and strengthen dealer relationships within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

·       Visit dealer & retailer as per schedule.

·       Analysis weekly sales & collection.

·       Conduct regular visit to dealer and maintain strong professional relationships.

·       To maintain dealer ledger book individually.

·       To maintain tour schedule on daily basis.

·       To Prepare sales and collection target with achievement.

·       To deal with the dealer and retailer to meet their requirements.

·       To generate more sales with existing dealers

·       Identify and approach new dealers, retailers, and potential business partners to expand the customer base.

·       Bring in new parties and generate new orders to increase regional sales every month.

·       Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.

·       Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the assigned market.

·       Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales support when required.

Monthly Sales Commission

In addition to the salary, performance-based commission will be provided according to monthly sales achievement:

·       70% Target Achievement: Commission applicable

·       80% Target Achievement: Commission applicable

·       90% Target Achievement: Commission applicable

·       100% Target Achievement: Highest commission level

·   Certain Product-wise commission
