Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales from existing and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, renewals, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
