• Experience in MS Office package

• 1 - 2 years of field experience in microfinance, banking support, agent banking, mobile financial services or sales/acquisition roles is preferable

• Strong local language (Bangla) communication skills; basic English for reporting.

• Comfortable with extensive field mobility

• Basic smartphone/app literacy and ability to use simple digital reporting tools.

• High integrity, punctuality, and customer-service orientation.

• Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with branch and center activity schedules.

Job Purpose

Provide on-ground operational support to offices and center managers for cash-in/cash-out (CICO) activities, assist in loan disbursement and re-collection processes, and drive acquisition of PRA Merchants from borrowers.

Engagement Type: Contractual deployment

Location: Preferable Kalampur, Dhamrai , all over bangladesh

Contract Duration: 3 months initially (extendable based on performance and business needs)

Key Responsibilities

Loan Disbursement & Re-collection Support

• Assist staff and center managers in the physical and process-related aspects of loan disbursement and loan re-collection.

• Ensure proper documentation, verification support and smooth coordination

• Maintain accurate daily records of supported disbursements and collections.

Cash-In / Cash-Out (CICO) Facilitation

• Support Branch Offices (acting as Merchant Points) and Center Managers (acting as CICO Agents) in performing cash-in and cash-out transactions.

• Help resolve operational issues at the field level, ensure process adherence, and provide real-time assistance during peak activity.

• Monitor and report transaction volumes, exceptions, and any operational bottlenecks.

PRA Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding

• Identify, approach and onboard eligible borrowers as PRA Merchants.

• Guide merchants on the cash-out facility available through Branch Offices or Center Managers.

• Complete required documentation, KYC support, and activation follow-up.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential merchants across assigned branches/centers.

Field Coordination & Reporting

• Submit daily/weekly activity reports (transactions facilitated, loans supported, merchants acquired, attendance, issues).

• Ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Bank pilot guidelines, office operational policies, and protocols.

• Support any training or awareness sessions for branch staff, center managers, or merchants as required.

• 5. Compliance & Quality

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and transaction data.

• Flag any irregularities, process deviations, or risk issues immediately.

• Uphold professional conduct and represent positively in the field.

Compensation:

• Fixed Basic Salary 12,000 Fixed Guaranteed monthly

• Attendance allowance max BDT 2,400 ( 20% of Based salary) , pro-rata or forfeited for absences beyond allowed leave

• Incentive Up to 3,500

• Additional / Special Incentive Up to 1,500
