∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and corporate buyers.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed of competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and client proposals for management review.
∎ Organize and attend property expos, client meetings, and site visits.
∎ Ensure all customer interactions are professionally managed, from inquiry to post-sale support.
∎ Have strong negotiation skill to sell ATL like signage, Billboard etc.
∎ Monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
