Job Responsibilities

• Market Visit & Lead Generation: Conduct regular field/market visits to promote company services/products, create brand awareness, and secure new client orders/deals.

• Social Media Management: Manage and update official Facebook and Instagram pages, respond to customer inquiries/messages promptly, and assist in basic post content planning.

• Client Tele-marketing & Outreach: Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce company offerings, explain benefits, and generate sales leads.

• Client Relationship Management: Communicate professionally with clients, understand their needs, present solutions, and maintain long-term positive business relationships.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/marketing targets set by the management.

• Reporting & Database Management: Maintain an updated client contact database, log daily sales calls and market visit outcomes, and submit daily activity reports to the management.

• Market Research: Gather feedback from the market regarding client requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends to suggest potential marketing strategies.
