Experience:

• At least 5 years

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 40 years

• Good communication skill in both English & Bengali

• Knowledge on ERP systems, MS Office, proficiency in route planning tools

• Maintenance and repair of all vehicles

• Disposal of old vehicles, motorcycles and spare parts

• Place the purchase requisition for spare parts and accessories of vehicles

• Control and supervision of workshop technical staff and annual appraisal of their performance

• Prepare transport budget for vehicle maintenance and documentation

• Renew the documents (Registration, Fitness, Tax token, Insurance, Route permit etc.) of all vehicle on time

• Process and pursue of insurance claims in case of stolen, lost, accidents etc.

• Ownership transfer of vehicles/ motorcycles etc.

• Check overtime sheet and per diem bills of Drivers, Mechanics, Attendants and Cleaners

• Prepare the car usage report, monthly expenditure summary of vehicles

• Check the fuel slips and bills of Head office vehicles

• Evaluate the Workshop/Vendor

• Plan travel, book hotel, purchase air tickets cost efficiently as per management requirements

• Hire vehicle for the company and ensure expected services

• Update the agreements of all hired vehicles before expiry

• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
