Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resource preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as an one-stop point to give HR related solutions.
∎ Take appropriate initiative to meet the target of rider sourcing.
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc.
∎ Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment
∎ Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify identity.
∎ Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staff
∎ Conducting training sessions for new hires using necessary materials.
∎ Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records
∎ Conducting the exit interview and off boarding procedure
∎ Create and run referral bonus programs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Proven working experience in bulk recruiting and training
∎ Familiarity with pertinent recruiting software and tools
∎ Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
∎ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
∎ Candidate having work experience with agency will be given preference
∎ Candidate has to visit district office frequently
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
