Experience:

• B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Ensure raw material quality prior to batch preparation for fruit drink and dairy products.

• Perform in-process quality control as per quality plan.

• Conduct finished product testing, as per BDS and inhouse standard of fruit drinks and dairy-based products.

• Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, GMP, food safety and environmental monitoring.

• Ensure all laboratory equipment handling and calibration.

• Carry out hazard analysis, validation and verification process activities in line with the HACCP plan.

• Provide audit support for ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, Regulatory, GMP and BRCGS requirements.

• Handle market complaints through sample analysis, root cause investigation and CAPA.

• Verify and monitor CIP parameters as per SOP.

• Must have strong problem solving and decision-making skills for process deviations and quality issues.
