1. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Strong communication and coordination skills

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)

1. Monitor and control product quality throughout the manufacturing process (raw materials to finished goods)

2. Conduct in-line and final inspections of furniture (wood, panel board, upholstery, finishing)

3. Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO, FSC, BIFMA, etc.)

4. Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

5. Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues

6. Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit records

7. Support internal and external audits (customer, certification bodies)

8. Ensure proper testing of materials (strength, durability, finishing quality, etc.)

9. Train shop-floor workers on quality standards and best practices

10. Monitor supplier quality and conduct vendor audits if required
