Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc, B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering from a public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing the quality assurance policies and procedures(sop) for raw materials to finish products of PET Bottle Making & oil Filling Plant.
∎ implementing quality assurance standards and procedures
∎ developing, recommending and monitoring corrective and preventive actions
∎ Monitoring the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the factory and the products entire production process (e.g. PET making, Bottle filling) of Vegetable Oil Plant.
∎ Planning, conducting and monitoring testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
∎ Ensuring proper hygiene & overall cleanliness of the production floor.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring all the quality parameters are fulfilled in every steps of production.
∎ Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of compliance with food legislation and standards of GMP, ISO & HAACP procedures.
∎ Assures ongoing compliance with quality and safety regulatory requirements;
∎ Prepare reports, compiles and maintains records on product quality status and all tests and inspections that have been conducted;
∎ Collecting and compiling statistical quality data and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
∎ Checking the condition of the products in on-line by performing the Organoleptic test, Packaging Weight, Package quality, Labeling, and Coding at the time of pre-production, during production and post-production.
∎ Tracking, reporting and reviewing the quality performance indicators on a regular basis to drive continuous improvement.
∎ Attending customer complaints and non-conformance issues, conduct investigation to find out the root causes and recommend resolution.
∎ Monitoring risk management activities &Implementing food safety system that are cost-effective and efficient whilst maintaining best quality of products.
∎ Identifying training needs and organizing training interventions to meet quality standards

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 Years’ experience in a reputed and large Vegetable / Edible Oil (PET Bottle & Filling) refinery industry.
∎ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
