∎ Bachelor in Food Technology or Nutrition & Food Engineering from reputed University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure food safety and quality standard of warehouse production
∎ Establish and monitor all critical control points (CCP) throughout the production process
∎ Monitor and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process. Ensure GMP, BFSA and HACCP regulations are compiled throughout the production process
∎ Check quality of all raw materials while receiving from factory and when handed over for redistribution.
∎ Ensure the products are prepared as per the recipe and the SOP.
∎ Inspect the quality parameters and sanitary condition inside all the delivery vehicles
∎ Conduct sanitation verification and allergen testing (subject to availability of relevant lab facility) on equipment and other areas required.
∎ Inspect third party production facilities where Bengal Meat has outsourced production of certain products and ensure that the production process is complying with all relevant health, safety, sanitation rules and production SOPs set by Bengal Meat
∎ Maintain accurate record of all quality related data and information in relevant logs and Documentation.
∎ Ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices in the production facilities
∎ Validate the dispatching of products from warehouse to redistribution
∎ Ensure all customer complaints related to product quality are accurately recorded and acted upon
∎ Analyze the root cause of customer complaints and provide relevant feedback to supervisor
∎ Assist in new product development and improvement of existing product
∎ Coordinate all sensory tests (i.e., blind test by a qualified panelists) with internal and external panel of existing products
∎ Supervise the work performance of the QA Assistant
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Thorough knowledge about CCP, GMP, BFSA, BSTI, HACCP regulations
