∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accomplish the Quality Assurance cycle of a supplier factory from following up samples, materials & approved swatch book, production & TNA in-house status, Lab testing, organizing PPT meetings & QCM with supplier quality team, cutting to packing and generating and maintaining reports.
∎ Provide training and education to the quality & production personnel, maintain the quality requirements throughout the production processes, strictly following the Apex & its Brand specifications.
∎ Checking cutting, sewing, and finishing in-process quality control and reporting to the management & the whole quality process in the assigned factory/supplier.
∎ Understand and follow the Quality Assurance SOP in each process, implementation & follow the quality standard in the supplier factory. To perform a Final inspection and confirm the quality of the product.
∎ Conduct In-line Audits, and In-process audits in sewing, finishing and packing. Responsible for Final Inspection as per AQL standards.
∎ Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling the process.
∎ Highlight quality-related issues to vendor management and Apex management team.
∎ To develop Apex Dedicated QC from each Supplier to ensure the product and process as per Apex standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Knitting & Woven types
∎ Knowledge of Physical and Chemical Testing knowledge.
∎ Knowledge in fabric combinations, Fabric Compositions, Types of washing, Dyeing & Finishing, Pattern Knowledge & Measurement systems.
∎ Knowledge of Quality control/Audit, QMS, QC tools & ISO AQL system.
∎ Analytical Ability
∎ Interpersonal Skill
∎ Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
