Experience:
1. Good Communication skills in English ( oral and written )
2. Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint).
3. Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks time line.
4. Strong leadership, team management, problem solving.
5. Ability to supervise and inspire team member.
Follow up and monitoring QMS requirements at manufacturing unit from incoming materials to shipment.
Regularly follow up QMS in production process and train to related supervisor & in-charge on QMS.
Implement all QMS & Technical audit requirements in factory.
Conduct internal QMS & Technical audits and collaborate with department head to improve.
Lead quality control and management system in manufacturing process.
Training to quality workers, leaders & supervisor on quality standard & requirements.
Maintain all quality documents and SOP.
Implement appropriate quality procedure in every section and follow up.
Report all type of quality metrics & KPI
Work with 3rd party inspector to understand and handle quality issue.
Conduct self-inspection as per customer standard and made the inspection report.
Introduce new system and requirements to related department concern where appropriate
Manage QMS documents control of full factory.
