∎ Familiarity with FSSC, HACCP, and HALAL systems.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute production activities according to plan utilizing manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
∎ Coordinate resources, including receiving raw materials from the store and transferring finished goods to the warehouse.
∎ Organize record-keeping and documentation of process parameters and production data.
∎ Improve cost and process management.
∎ Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose improvements.
∎ Foster team spirit within the workforce to enhance the working environment and maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
∎ Motivate the workforce to enhance productivity across all production levels.
∎ Immediately report any deviations from routine production to the immediate supervisor.
∎ Establish and monitor critical control points (CCP) at various stages of production.
∎ Monitor and ensure food safety and quality compliance by adhering to GMP, BFSA, and HACCP regulations throughout the process.
∎ Establish and monitor the cool chain throughout the production process.
∎ Ensure employees follow all food safety and worker safety practices.
