Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update production reports on ERP daily.
∎ Follow up export-related production and assist HOD in ensuring export-oriented standard packaging.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimum results.
∎ Assist HOD to ensure continuous development of production process to increase productivity.
∎ Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time delivery.
∎ Receive raw materials by following SOP.
∎ Collaborate with distribution, Maintenance, and Quality to ensure quality production.
∎ Collect and analyze production data to find wastage.
∎ Supervise and monitor the production supervisor, and officer’s job to improve operations and reduce wastage.
∎ Identify daily production problems and solve them immediately for a smooth production system.
∎ Provide training to workers to increase productivity.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
