Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile (Wet Processing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute planned production according to top management requirement .
∎ Look after the daily Dyeing Production to ensure quality of fabric.
∎ Machine management and make employee aware about personal safety.
∎ Prepare Dyeing process.
∎ Problem find out and solving.
∎ Achieving production target by on time production.
∎ Give parameter for fabric dyeing.
∎ Follow up production and improve RFT.
∎ Floor monitoring and controlling.
∎ Recipe checking and Dyeing process establish.
∎ Assist Senior to Achieving production target.
∎ Time to Time Report to Immediate to The Management.
∎ Maintain computerized and necessary documented information for all transformation.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work location would be at factory.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
