Experience:

• MSc. in Microbiology. Candidates from public universities will get preference

• Candidates having experience in QC/QA department in any reputed FMCG/Pharmaceutical Company will get preference               

• Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali       

• Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite Packages       

• Sound Knowledge in GMP, GLP, QMS, FSMS & HACCP

• Collect samples and conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, finished products and water according to approved procedure      

• Monitor the environment and hygiene of the facility       

• Check the process machineries before and after CIP       

• Validate the equipment and microbiology test methods       

• Conduct calibration of all equipment inside Microbiology Lab       

• Maintain inventory and manage the laboratory media, reagent and instruments       

• Create, review and manage the SOP       

• Maintain documentation, development and up gradation of SOPs, method & record keeping       

• Investigate out of specification results utilizing structured problem solving and root cause analysis       

• Ensure GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, critical hygiene procedure and water quality       

• Take part to implement Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System in the factory       

• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
