∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

∎ Age 21 to 33 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Proper Recruitment of new employee.
∎ Employee Onboard, Creating employee data, personal file management, equipment allocation, ID card, Visiting Card to offboarding employee with proper system.
∎ Follow up Employee performance appraisal cycle.
∎ Issue Official notes & orders and Employee related letters.
∎ Experience on Handling bills like Maternity, Final Settlement & compliance related bills with management & audit.
∎ Ensure proper Employee - Management relation in between.
∎ Bank Account Opening of new joiners.
∎ Maintain/update Employee database in ERP.
∎ Training needs assessment of required employee.
∎ Proven Experience on renewal of garments/textile related License & deeds.
∎ Dealing with Gov./Non. Gov. Officials.
∎ Strong Negotiation skills.
∎ Update official documentation or formatting as per needed.
∎ Ensure any other administration related task by management.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Supervisor
