Additional Requirements: Prior experience in a washing factory is mandatory.
Strong expertise in washing chemicals, garment behavior, and machine operations.
Proven ability to develop samples quickly and accurately.
Capable of independent planning and decision-making.Well-versed in buyer requirements, wash standards, and lab testing protocols.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and production analysis tools,
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills in Bengali and English.
Responsibilities & Context: - To ensure that all manufactured products meet established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring every stage of the production process, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Checking incoming materials and components to ensure they meet initial specifications before they enter the production line.
- Performing visual checks, measurements, and tests on products at various stages of manufacturing to identify issues early.
- Performing thorough inspections and functionality tests on finished goods to confirm they align with quality benchmarks and safety standards.
- Operating measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, and potentially more advanced electronic inspection equipment or software, ensuring the equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Documenting all inspection data, including any discrepancies or non-conformities found.
- Compiling data and creating reports for management and other teams to help improve processes.
- Documenting and reporting non-conforming work and ensuring that defective or damaged products are removed from the production line or quarantined.
- Verifying that all products and processes meet relevant industry standards, internal policies, and legal regulations (e.g., ISO standards, FDA regulations, specific safety requirements).
- Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Educating production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to foster a culture of quality awareness.
- Contributing to initiatives that enhance overall product quality, efficiency, and safety, often using principles from Six Sigma or lean manufacturing.
