• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in garment washing factories.
• Prior experience in a washing factory is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in washing chemicals, garment behavior, and machine operations.
• Proven ability to develop samples quickly and accurately.
• Capable of independent planning and decision-making.
• Well-versed in buyer requirements, wash standards, and lab testing protocols.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and production analysis tools,
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills in Bengali and English.

• Production planning: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, including work schedules and resource allocation.

• Capacity management: Ensure the washing department has the correct capacity to meet targets and manage future workload based on sales forecasts.

• Process optimization: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the washing process, and redesign workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.

• Quality assurance: Coordinate with quality control to ensure all washes meet company standards, and be responsible for chemical usage and sample development.

• Material and resource management: Monitor the timely arrival of materials and the efficient use of chemicals, machinery, and personnel.

• Interdepartmental coordination: Work with other teams, such as merchandising, marketing, production, and shipping, to align goals and address any issues.

• Performance monitoring: Track daily production progress to ensure output goals are met and conduct root cause analysis for any delays or problems.

• Team leadership: Delegate tasks, provide direction, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
