∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-5 years’ experience in the relevant field with vast knowledge working with the reputed company;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Ability to maintain good communication & Inter-personal skill;
∎ Positive attitude & willingness to learn;
∎ Should have computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point;
∎ Ready to residing factory surrounding areas.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing and redesigning KPIs to run into the PMS System;
∎ Collaborate with the team lead to successfully manage the Performance Management System;
∎ Designing and reviewing KRAs, KPIs as a team member of the PMS and People development;
∎ Conducting yearly performance appraisal in-time as per the KPI-based PMS;
∎ Cooperate in conducting yearly Training Need Assessment (TNA);
∎ Implement the learning and development programs by internal and external facilitators;
∎ Designing and implementing organizational development interventions;
∎ Updating Job description for the employees of the facility;
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
