Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation/ Equivalent degree from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training need assessment & finalize training topic;
∎ Prepare an annual training plan with consultation of all departments / section;
∎ Preparing monthly training plan and communicate with all department/section at the beginning of the month;
∎ Coordinating concerned department / section head, ensure active participation of participants;
∎ Prepare power point presentation with updated information;
∎ Prepare interactive training syllabus and update regularly;
∎ Identify the OHS risk through regular safety visit with safety committee (SC);
∎ Include in the training topic after the risks identified in the training syllabus;
∎ Conduct regular & refresher training on monthly basis;
∎ Assist in employee migration analysis;
∎ Prepare & develop effective syllabus & training material;
∎ Conduct training sessions as per plan & ensure all committee members are well aware on their responsibilities, dos & don'ts;
∎ Assist & active participation on different surveys conducted by HR & Compliance team;
∎ Coordination & active participation in women, mother, child care & any training projects organized by the authority, brands or any third party.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Good communication skills;
∎ Positive attitude, willingness to learn;
∎ Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Mail corresponding, Internet browsing;
∎ Ready to residing factory surrounding areas.
