∎ The applicants should have 5 to 7 years experience in the Garments or Washing Plant;
∎ Good communication skills in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
∎ The incumbent should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law;
∎ Good knowledge on Better Work Bangladesh assessment along with BSCI & SEDEX standards;
∎ Must have working experience in ERP software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular follow up social compliance, health and safety issues in the factory;
∎ Keep the factory ready for any kind of audit (Social Compliance audit & Technical Audit) & Buyer Visit;
∎ Ensure all type of compliance in the factory as per buyer requirement/COC;
∎ Conduct awareness program among the employees and workers on health & safety issues as well as health checkup for employees;
∎ Maintain, follow up & track the validity of licenses and certificates as per regulatory compliance;
∎ Ensure having personal safety/protective equipment’s for workers, where required;
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer’s requirements, adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
