∎ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the relevant field with vast knowledge working with the reputed company;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Should have basic knowledge of HR procedures & practices;
∎ Positive attitude, willingness to learn;
∎ Should have computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point;
∎ Ready to residing in factory surrounding areas & Night shift roster duty.

∎ Recruit and retain a diverse workforce to meet the needs of the organization;
∎ Prepare & update organogram on quarterly basis;
∎ Budget preparation & proper utilization of resources;
∎ Preparing & issuing appointment letter;
∎ Preparing letter & issue to long absent employees;
∎ Create employee ID card & issue with proper records;
∎ Processing resigns, termination, discharge & preserve all records properly;
∎ Opening bank account for new employees;
∎ Create, update & maintain personal files of new joiners;
∎ Any other’s job assigns by management.
