Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA or Masters/Hons. from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards;
∎ Select competent applicant, conduct interview and recruit as per organizational structure / recruitment requisition / advice of management;
∎ Assist HR & Compliance team to prepare and update policies in line with local laws & buyers' CoC;
∎ Perform compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improved;
∎ Create, update & maintain personal files of new joiners;
∎ Processing resigns, termination, discharge & preserve all records properly;
∎ Assist in receiving complaints, initial inquiry, personal hearing & proper record keeping;
∎ Assist in preparing show cause letter, inquiry report, warning / suspension / termination / Dismissal / Discharge letter;
∎ Proper record keeping of every process of disciplinary procedure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the relevant field with vast knowledge working with the reputed company;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Should have basic knowledge of HR procedures & practices;
∎ Positive attitude, willingness to learn;
∎ Should have computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point;
∎ Ready to residing factory surrounding areas.
