Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment activities:
∎ Writing job announcements and job descriptions
∎ Making appointments and communicate with the candidates
∎ Organizing recruitment tests
∎ Greetings and informing new employees on administrative issues and human resources
∎ Collecting all the personal information needed and make sure that every new employee signs an employment contract, a job description, and the mission, vision, and values of the organization before working
∎ Preparing ID cards & Visiting cards for newly joined staff
∎ Checking the references
∎ Staff personal files maintenance activities:
∎ Preparing personal files for the employees and keep all the employee files in proper order
∎ Checking the validity and file documents in the staff files, and request missing documents
∎ Copying all requests for leave days, overtime, loans and salary advances, pay slips, etc. and file them in the staff files, update regularly
∎ HR database up-date activities
∎ Ensuring all new information for newly joined staff is updated in the HR Database
∎ Organizing and maintain HR database/HRIS accordingly and regularly
∎ Generating reports as per need under the guidance of the department supervisor
∎ General HR Administration activities:
∎ Organizing and maintaining unsolicited CVs in the CV bank
∎ Draft memos, letters, notes & other communication materials for day-to-day HR operations
∎ Generating HR related report/ information as required by management
∎ Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all information at all times
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
