• Strong editing fundamentals — pacing, color grading, sound design, storytelling instinct

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent

• Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting setups, and basic studio/on-location production

• Portfolio that shows both editing work AND self-shot material

• Understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — not just look good

• Experience with e-commerce or product videography

• Comfort with motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)

• Can write a rough shot plan without being asked

Ghorerbazar is looking for someone who can do both — shoot and edit. Not one or the other. This position will be responsible for the entire visual pipeline: planning a shoot, capturing the footage, and cutting it into something people actually watch till the end.

This is primarily an editing role. But the position must be equally comfortable behind a camera.

• Editing video content across formats — product videos, brand films, social media reels, behind-the-scenes

• Taking raw, scrambled footage and building it into a coherent narrative with a clear beginning, middle, and end — no hand-holding

• Planning shoots independently: shot lists, storyboards, location scouting

• Executing product videography and photoshoots with attention to lighting, composition, and brand consistency

• Collaborating with the creative team on visual direction, but also capable of working autonomously
