∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all factory personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timelines.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRMIS .
∎ Monitor and manage employee attendance, shift rosters, and leave records in compliance with company policies.
∎ Compile and submit detailed attendance and timekeeping reports to ensure timely and precise payroll processing.
∎ Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with statutory and company procedures.
∎ Coordinate and implement employee engagement and internal communication initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace morale, motivation, and retention.
