Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all factory personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRMIS .
Monitor and manage employee attendance, shift rosters, and leave records in compliance with company policies.
Compile and submit detailed attendance and timekeeping reports to ensure timely and precise payroll processing.
Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with statutory and company procedures.
Coordinate and implement employee engagement and internal communication initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace morale, motivation, and retention.
