• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and factory regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all factory personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timelines.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRMIS .

• Monitor and manage employee attendance, shift rosters, and leave records in compliance with company policies.

• Compile and submit detailed attendance and timekeeping reports to ensure timely and precise payroll processing.

• Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with statutory and company procedures.

• Coordinate and implement employee engagement and internal communication initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace morale, motivation, and retention.
