Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
∎ Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation as per policies.
∎ Support employee processes, including confirmation, promotion, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Handle employee insurance claims (IPD, OPD, Life).
∎ Manage HR software (preferably Darwinbox) and implement various modules.
∎ Update and maintain employee data accurately.
∎ Facilitate onboarding, including induction, orientation, and file management.
∎ Assist in managing KRAs/KPIs and updating organizational policies.
∎ Generate HR reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
∎ Coordinate employee engagement activities and support organizational culture development.
∎ Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
