Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA, PGD in HRM will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower reconciliation in accordance with budget and on-roll employees.
∎ Ensure monthly payroll, OT etc.
∎ Ensure job positing and advertisement in appropriate media.
∎ Selection & scrutinizing of C.V. & calling them for an interview through phone calls and e-mail.
∎ Communicate with various training school (MAWTS, SOS, USEP, SUF, BGTTC, BKTTC & BITAC) for line associate recruitment.
∎ Arrange interview and conduct assessment test with age verification.
∎ Maintain pool of qualified candidates for high attrition positions.
∎ Opening of Bank A/C for all associates & line associates.
∎ Arrange orientation program for new joiners.
∎ Prepare all JD and cross check with departmental head for all associates.
∎ Data input of new joining employees in ERP software and having knowledge of operating of ERP software.
∎ Other task as & when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities (English).
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Good knowledge in labor law.
∎ Having good and details knowledge in MS Excel formulas.
∎ Good presentation skill.

Salary: Negotiable
