Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Honors from a public university public/private university with a preference for HRM (Major), HRM Diploma, Telecom HR experienced personnel.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare JD by coordinating with the concerned department.
∎ Job posting Online (bdjobs) as when required.
∎ CV shorting and sourcing potential candidates.
∎ Shortlisted candidates call, E-mail & Texting about the interview schedule & address.
∎ Taking the written exam and evaluating the Exam paper.
∎ Assist with Interview board.
∎ Reference check.
∎ Prepare & Provide Offer Letter (OL).
∎ Prepare to join & Induction Plan.
∎ Complete joining Formalities. Employee personal file opening and maintenance.
∎ Provide induction presentations to the new joining employees.
∎ Prepare & Provide an Appointment Letter, and ID card. Input Fingerprint for software-based attendance.
∎ Prepare & Maintain Employee personal files. Input employee details into HRIS software.
∎ Monitor and Collect manually prepared attendance for the Casual & contractual employees (Driver, security, Cleaners).
∎ Coordinate with payroll for salary preparation.
∎ Prepare monthly (Salary) Arrears & Held up Reports.
∎ Taking dormitory approval.
∎ Corporate SIM distribution. Coordinate with IT for official E-mail of newly joined employees.
∎ Work closely with all sub-units / Departments of all concerns of the group for implementing rules, policies, and procedures on recruitment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 years of relevant experience. High Preference from Telecom Operator, Telecom Equipment vendors, and Telecom Service provider companies.
