• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting

• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) practices

• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Excel, or custom dashboards

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Other related certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Oracle Certified Professional) will be considered a strong advantage.

Since its inception in 2011, Metal Plus Limited (MPL) has been a trusted name in Bangladesh`s telecom service sector. We are providing operations and maintenance support for both active and passive components in BTS sites of leading mobile operators Grameenphone Ltd. and ROBI Axiata Ltd.

MPL became a leading telecom service provider in 2021. It expanded its scope through agreements with Tower Sharing Companies. Our services now include ROLL-OUT operations, Telecom Installation, and Drive Test activities in partnership with ZTE and Huawei.

Now, we are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our team and take ownership of Active Directory, ORACLE systems, and reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting mission-critical systems in a dynamic telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure and Group Policy settings

• Manage user accounts, credentials, and access rights in line with security protocols

• Develop automated reporting systems for user activity, system access, and compliance

• Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication, authentication, and GPO errors

• Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams for audit readiness

• Maintain system documentation and change management records

• Provide technical support and training to internal teams

• Maintain ORACLE systems with SQL and data structure expertise
