Job Context:
∎ Metal Plus Limited is in a journey of telecommunication services for more than a decade. All telecom operators and tower sharing companies (TowerCo) have been taking our services since long. We have foot prints in telecom operations for BTS and Core sites and in Roll Out activities such as equipment swap, new site installation, Network quality survey, Micro Wave, Radio Frequency related work.
∎ We are in long term managed service contract with Grameenphone where the scope of work is covering all BTS site and Switches of four Regions out of six in Bangladesh. We are also having contract with Robi and Banglalink for Roll-out services all over Bangladesh.
∎ Designation: DGM/AGM/Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead telecom service management from planning to implementation under strict KPI & SLA
∎ Supervise team for the emergency or regular maintenance and 24 hrs support in all active and passive related at GP BTS and Data Centers.
∎ Analyze regional employees' performance and provide feedback, guidance, training and encouragement in order to impact results.
∎ Conduct assessments of customers and employees in order to provide input in planning for long-term and short-term services
∎ Conduct and attend zonal meetings with customer & own employee.
∎ Analyze Opex and Capex and prepare budget for over the year of regional area.
∎ Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Routine inspection and audit service standards to maintain the highest quality of service.
∎ Prepare budget for over the year assigned regional area.
∎ Prepare required telecommunication reports of assigned area.
∎ Answer operational questions and issues from customer and HO.
∎ Responsible for overall performance KPI of assigned area.
∎ Arrange regular team meeting to keep motivating the team members to make business profitable and sustainable.
∎ Arrange source of Telecom and other spare as per company requirement.
∎ Ensure 100% HSSE compliance and standards in work
∎ Perform other related work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 years telecom industry with at least 5 years in Managerial role.
