Job Context:
∎ S M Group of Companies Ltd. is looking for potential Candidates for the position of Executive (HR) at its Head Office, House # SE(4), Road # 137, Gulshan -1, Dhaka.
∎ The Group consists of Large Knit Composite Garments, Spinning Mill, Garments Accessories Factory etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible to perform HR operations related activities of the organization.
∎ The ideal candidates will assist Head of Group HR in Recruitment, Training and Organization Development related activities.
∎ The Executives are required to frequently visit in our factories at Gazipur and provide various reports as per Management Requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should be hard working, sincere, self motivated and result oriented
∎ Should be a quick learner
∎ Should have effective communication & analytical skills
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
