Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA (HRM), Major in Public Administration/ Management with PGDPM
∎ Student from public university will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist senior to frame/modify HR policy and procedure.
∎ Support in Recruitment, Selection & Placement of employees;
∎ To prepare/ develop / update Organogram for different departments.
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees
∎ Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and related other activities;
∎ Work closely with several departments in a coordinating role and implement related policies and procedures;
∎ Maintain liaison with HR & Admin personnel of project office/ branch office regarding day to day project issues and coordinate.
∎ Execute all kind of staff transition related work as per management discretion
∎ Conduct exit interview of outgoing employee and prepare report for management
∎ Conduct yearly employee assessment program, interview and finalize the report;
∎ Asist yearly performance management and analyze the employees’ performance with previous years;
∎ Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter and letter for appreciation and improvement employees performance;
∎ Prepare final settlement paper for outgoing workers
∎ Prepare reports on HR according to management needs.
∎ Any other business assigned by management.

∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
