Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
Lead and manage sales activities for Plot, Apartment, Hotel, Commercial Space, Duplex House, etc.
Identify new business opportunities and generate high-value leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure revenue growth
Supervise and guide junior sales team members (if applicable)
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, legal, engineering, CRM) for smooth sales operations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building initiatives
Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all sales transactions
