Must have experience as a team player and independently operating team.
(a) Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven annual sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue benchmarks.
(b) Conduct face-to-face client meetings, deliver high-impact project presentations, and arrange physical site visits (e.g., projects in Ashulia, Purbachal, Uttara, Mirpur etc.).
(c) Explain project features, pricing structures, installment payment schedules, and legal booking procedures clearly to the potential buyers.
(d) Allocate sales targets to various teams (Apartment division, Land division, Commercial division) and strictly monitor performance.
(e) Conduct continuous market research to track competitor pricing, upcoming land/housing projects, and evolving consumer preferences in Dhaka and concern cities.
(f) Conduct systematic market intelligence to predict real estate trends, demographic shifts, and competitor movements across Dhaka and cities where have company’s projects.
(g) Provide excellent after-sales service, handling customer queries, payment installment follow-ups, and documentation handovers smoothly.
(h) Present analytical sales forecasts, market feedback, and revenue reports directly to the higher management of the company.
(i) Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments, including Credit Realization/Accounts (for down payments/installments), Legal/Land Procurement (for land registration/deeds), and Engineering/CRM (for handover timelines).
