Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues.
∎ To execute overall factory operations and HR/Admin activities.
∎ To Maintain personal files, service records and its updating.
∎ To Provide necessary supports to the recruitment team and input data of newly recruited employees & update employee database.
∎ To Handle all recruitment of workers and Staff.
∎ To handle disciplinary measures effectively with labor law and company policy.
∎ To provide independent counseling to employees.
∎ To ensure good discipline in production floor.
∎ To ensure workers fire safety, fire prevention, fire equipment, health & safety & comfortable environment at workplace.
∎ Daily floor visit and ensure housekeeping.
∎ To ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Responsible for prepare Annul Personnel Budget & work with the budget.
∎ To prepare draft of employee claim and final settlement during employee separation.
∎ To perform any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
