Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Executive with at least 2-5 years of experiences in the HR & Admin Department.
∎ Job Location: Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure general HR & Admin activities in an effective way.
∎ Ensure employee appraisal, attendance & leave management.
∎ Ensure employee recruitment & selection activities in a timely manner.
∎ To design & work on employee engagement, rewards, and punishment process.
∎ Processing of reports or documents pertaining to personnel activities e.g. recruitment, employee complain management, transfers, employee benefits, performance evaluations etc.
∎ To assist in training & development activities.
∎ Assist in the development of strategic HR policy, procedures & guidelines.
∎ Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees.
∎ Maintain employee personal files with an updated version of all related papers.
∎ Motivate, counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Preparing all kinds of office notices, notes & letters.
∎ Draft all kinds of official letters regarding disciplinary actions & disciplinary measures as per law and existing policies of the Company.
∎ Sound knowledge on labor laws & rules.
∎ Job analysis & defining role for each department and for each position.
∎ Manpower & Resource planning.
∎ All kinds of bills preparation.
∎ Investigating different issues about staff turnover and disciplinary actions/process.
∎ Planning & Budget preparation of logistic supports based on HR planning and requisition of other departments.
∎ Maintenance of office equipment's/ assets.
∎ Liaise with govt. regulatory bodies as required to ensure the facility be legally compliant.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Profound analysis & people management skill.
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to solve problem, quick learner, work under pressure.
∎ Good command in English both in writing & speaking.
∎ Has strong communication skill about HR & Admin Reporting.
∎ Adequate IT knowledge
